A cloth merchant registered in 1866 and k.u.k. court supplier from 1881, when it opened this corner shop on the Albertinaplatz. The listed Gründerzeit interior is one of the few originals left; Wikipedia notes it has no central heating to protect the wood panelling. Viennese still come here for suiting fabric and tailoring.
