Fritz Wieninger's open-air Buschenschank sits high in the Nussberg vineyards with one of the widest views over Vienna and the Danube. The wines are biodynamic (Wieninger and Hajszan Neumann), and the cold plates are serious: the Winzerplatte, Blutwurst, sheep's cheese with pumpkin-seed oil.
