Stefanie Herkner, daughter of the Viennese cooking legend Heinz Herkner, has cooked the dishes of her childhood in a converted plumber's workshop since 2013. Her Sarma (stuffed cabbage) and Knödel are the signatures; she also teaches dumpling seminars.
