Founded in 1961 by Davut Kama, an ice-cream maker from Skopje who switched to goat's milk because Antalyans asked for it. Order the yanık (burnt) dondurma: the milk is caught on the pan bottom on purpose, so it tastes of smoke and caramel. The Ali Çetinkaya Caddesi shop is where it started.
