The 140,000 m² cliff-top park laid out in 1940-1945 under governor Haşim İşcan, just south of Kaleiçi. Three parallel avenues run towards the sea and end at three viewing terraces over the 40 m travertine cliffs (falez), and it is where Antalyalılar walk, jog and watch the sunset.
