Local cuisineLocals' pick

La Boca's port-workers' fonda, opened in 1954 by the Asturian brothers Marcelino and Francisco Castro and still run by the family, its walls covered in photos of artists and footballers. The tortilla española with chorizo colorado is the star; the milanesa napolitana, revuelto gramajo and bife de chorizo are the other classics.
