A neo-baroque Ottoman summer pavilion on the Asian shore of the Bosphorus, completed in 1857 for Sultan Abdülmecid I by Garabet and Nigoğayos Balyan and used for short stays on hunting trips. Inside are Italian marble fireplaces, Bohemian crystal chandeliers and Hereke carpets; it has been a museum since 1944.
