A taberna by Atocha station opened in 1920, before that a bulk-wine shop, still run by the Rosell family. The facade is a Talavera tile advert for Valdepeñas wine painted by Alfonso Romero; inside, vermut de grifo, a serious wine list from sommelier Manolo Rosell and bacalao in every form.
