A family casa de comidas on the Plaza del Dos de Mayo since 1969, still cooking the callos the founder Fina devised then: slow-cooked tripe with trotter, snout and chorizo, spiced and lightly hot. Her son Luis runs it now; the bar pours a well-drawn caña and the old dining room is always packed with the barrio.
