Shingo Gokan's first bar in Europe, opened in 2024 in Casa Pueblo, a 1920s-style café bar of Las Letras from 1983 that kept its curved counter. One part of the menu revives his Angel's Share classics from New York; the 'Devil' section uses sherry in every drink. Named best cocktail bar in Spain at FIBAR 2025.
