Reopened on 20 April 2026 after two decades closed: a 1907 tavern and later tablao, called the 'Sistine Chapel' of Madrid tilework for its 300-400 m2 of early 20th-century ceramic murals commissioned by Jerez sherry houses, including a copy of Velázquez's Los borrachos. Lorca, Manolete and Ava Gardner drank here.

Good to know
- At the street-level bar: vermut, fino and gildas; the restaurant is downstairs and a show room upstairs programmes flamenco and jazz (Madrid Secreto).
- Look up: the ceilings are painted too, and a tile reads 'Si no canto, no como' (Madrid Secreto).
