A family bar-churrería opened in 1975 by the Nieto brothers; when Atilano Domingo's century-old churrería down the street closed in 2001 they took over his recipe, and José Manuel and his daughter Esperanza still fry it every morning. Neighbourhood breakfast of churros, porras and coffee at the counter, a short walk from the Rastro.
