A relaxed Lavapiés taberna that makes more than sixty tortillas a day, and in 2025 won Spain's national tortilla championship with a Betanzos-style one: no onion, Mos hen eggs, Monalisa potatoes from Segovia. Its tortilla with grelos and Lalín chorizo also won in 2023.
