Pedro de Ribera's church in Chueca, once a leper hospital, now an unusual parish with wifi, screens, a café and pets welcome. On 17 January madrileños bring dogs, cats and parrots to be blessed at the San Antón fiesta; it also keeps relics of San Valentín.
