A 13th-century Umiliati farm-abbey in the Parco Agricolo Sud, where the brothers worked wool into felt with the only such machines in the area. The church of Santa Maria Assunta dates from around 1400 and the bell tower from the 1200s; today a social project runs a shop and the Locanda Mirasole inside the walls.
