Opened in 2010 and now run by chef Zhang Guoqing and his son Zhang Le, Bon Wei serves about 70 dishes plus a separate card of 24 recipes from China's eight regional cuisines, from Sichuan heat to Zhejiang's gentler cooking. The Peking duck is the dish MilanoToday calls unmissable.
