Started as a take-away in 1995 by Amrit Kumar from Punjab, Shiva was only the third Indian restaurant in the city; carved wood and wall frescoes fill the room. Take the Shiva tasting menu (chicken roll, a curry, royal tandoori, pulao rice, bread and dessert) or samosa and tandoori dishes.
