A 350-seat hall in La Condamine given over mainly to Monaco's own cultural associations: amateur and professional theatre, dance, concerts, film screenings and lectures. This is where the Principality's own community culture happens; in August 2025 it hosted the Mondial du Théâtre amateur festival.
