The roof of the 1957 Detsky Mir building on Lubyanka has a free terrace with views of the Kremlin, the Polytechnic Museum and even the MGU tower. You reach it through the Museum of Childhood on the top floor (Soviet toys of the 1950s-1980s), which visitors walking past rarely know is there.
