A constructivism centre opened in 2022 in the round 1931 Bread Factory No. 5 by Georgy Marsakov, with exhibitions, lectures, performances and two cinema halls on the top floor. Muscovites come for the shows and the building's ring-shaped plan; visitors do not go to this corner of Presnya.
