The national memorial and learning centre for the bombing of the government quarter and the Utøya massacre on 22 July 2011, which killed 77 people. It reopened on 22 July 2026 in the rebuilt government quarter, at the bomb site itself, with objects never shown before, such as Prime Minister Stoltenberg's handwritten notes from that day.
