A heavy-timber chapel in the national style above the Holmenkollen ski jump, seen in countless jumping photos. The 1903 original was destroyed by arson in August 1992; it was rebuilt from the old drawings and reopened in 1996, which caused real debate among architects. It is one of Oslo's favourite wedding churches and the royal family's Christmas church when they stay at Kongsseteren.
