The Yu Garden restaurant that grew out of the 14 dim sum served to Prince Sihanouk in 1973; Bill Clinton ate here in 1998. Shanghainese dim sum is the draw: turnip pastry, osmanthus glutinous rice cake and "eyebrow" pastry.
