An underground museum built over a Yuan dynasty water gate found in 2001 on a building site: 1,500 m² of stone and more than 10,000 wooden piles, 7-12 m below street level, linked to the old Wusong River. It was one of China's top 10 archaeological discoveries of 2006 and is almost unknown to visitors.
