Organic bakery in the old Tullhus on the Skeppsbron quay, run by Fredrik Ekman and world baking champion Håkan Johansson Frost, who mill their own wholegrain flour. Its kanelbulle won Thatsup's blind test in 2019 and 2024 (the only double winner) and its semla won the 2025 test.
