Giorgio Massari designed this oval church as a concert hall for the 'figlie di coro', the orphan musicians of the Ospedale della Pietà, where Vivaldi taught. Look up at Giambattista Tiepolo's ceiling frescoes (1754-55) of the Coronation of the Virgin with angel musicians, and at Piazzetta's Visitation on the high altar.
