The dining room of a small historic pensione on the Riva, run by the Fullin family who also own Local: simple, well-made traditional cooking with Local's wine list and the Bacino di San Marco in front of you. In November its castradina, the smoked mutton and cabbage soup of the Festa della Salute, is one of the best known in the city.
