- The terrace of the Imperial Pavilion next to the panda enclosure gives the best view of the pandas.
- Check the feeding times on arrival: seals, penguins and big cats are fed at set hours.
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult; dogs are not allowed in the palace park or the zoo.
