An idyllic Buschenschank in the Bisamberg vineyards, run since 2004 by Tyrolean Norbert Walter, who spent eight summers making cheese on alpine pastures. He makes Burgundy-style wines and serves Tyrolean speck, chamois sausage, venison ham and Paznaun cheese with them.
