A 1930-1932 model estate of 70 small houses by more than 30 architects of classic modernism, among them Adolf Loos, Richard Neutra, Gerrit Rietveld, Josef Hoffmann and Margarete Schütte-Lihotzky, under Josef Frank. 64 survive, renovated and still used as social housing; it carries the European Heritage Label.
