The only bakery still making bağaça, Antalya's dark, crumbly tahini-cinnamon-mastic cake, from a family recipe baked in a wood oven in Kaleiçi since the 1950s. Antalyans buy it by the bag for Ramadan and as a gift; the soft almond acıbadem biscuit is the other reason to queue.
