Berlin's only three-MICHELIN-star restaurant. It began 25 years ago as a wine bar. Under culinary director Marco Müller the kitchen cooks native products such as root vegetables, game, spruce and elderflower with great precision, and the wine list runs to about 700 bottles.

- Dinner only, Mon-Fri. Long-time head chef Dennis Quetsch left in 2026 (Tagesspiegel), while Müller still leads the kitchen.
- In summer ask for the small terrace (MICHELIN).
