A former Byzantine church, probably Saint Thekla of the Palace of Blachernae (11th-12th century), converted into a mosque after 1509 by Koca Mustafa Pasha. Inside the apse is a tomb attributed to Hazreti Cabir, a companion of Eyüp who fell nearby in 678.
