A six-seat ramen room run by Asuka Watanabe, who makes everything from scratch, broths and noodles. Four broths: tonkotsu, clear chicken shio, creamy chicken for tori paitan and miso, and a shiitake-miso vegetarian one. Time Out calls it perhaps the most Japanese of Lisbon's ramen houses.
