Opened in 1972 under the Juan Bravo flyover, it shows Spanish avant-garde sculpture (Miró's 'Mère Ubu', Julio González, Pablo Serrano, a Sempere mobile) on three levels between Calle Serrano and the Castellana. It was conceived by the bridge's engineers with Eusebio Sempere, and most people drive over it without noticing.
