A 32,000 m2 rose garden designed in 1955 by the city's head gardener Ramón Ortiz, with about 20,000 roses of over 650 varieties round ponds and pergolas. It won the World Federation of Rose Societies' Award of Garden Excellence in 2006 and hosts the city's international new-rose competition.
