Marcela Zamudio and Zenén Jaimes started with a stall in Tetuán's Mercado de San Leopoldo before opening this narrow taquería on Gaztambide, built around the bar and the vertical spit (trompo) where the al pastor meat browns. Also carnitas, norteño, gobernador and rajas poblanas tacos.
