A hat shop opened in 1914 by Ferdinando Melegari on the corner of Via Sarpi and Via Niccolini, still selling bowlers, berets and felt fedoras with a proper fitting by the staff. Milanese come here for a hat that lasts; visitors walking Chinatown's food shops rarely look up at the old sign.
