Opened in 2022 by Inscì founder Lorenzo Biscotti in the former Sadler premises, it is a meeting place for a glass and a board of salumi and cheese. The short list of mostly cold dishes includes marinated Comacchio eel (a Slow Food presidium), and there are concerts.
