Shiro Hirazawa's Poporoya on Via Eustachi is the first sushi place Milan ever had and, per 2night, taught the Milanese raw fish long before the chains. It is still a small Japanese food shop with a counter, and Gambero Rosso keeps it among the top sushi addresses in the city.
