Founded in 1979 by Mr Shou and his wife Sucin and now run by their children, Ta Hua is one of Milan's long-running Hong Kong-style dining rooms between Repubblica and Centrale. Dim sum are the speciality: siu mai, steamed buns, plus omelettes with ice fish or prawns.
