About 300 painted summer cabins built from the 1920s by members of the Oslo boat club Akerselvens båtforening on state land, with old water cisterns from before mains water came in 1960. It is a private-feeling world of hedges and tiny gardens, and a 91-decare nature reserve covers the north-east.
