Norway's seafaring history, from boatbuilding and fishing to marine archaeology and more than 40 maritime paintings, on the Bygdøy shore next to the Fram and Kon-Tiki museums. While the Viking Ship Museum stays closed until the Museum of the Viking Age opens in 2027, this is where you can see a real Viking boat (Rick Steves).
