Since 2014 the Candelaria team's oyster-and-cocktail bar has been the Marais after-work address: a big U-shaped counter where oysters are opened and drinks shaken, plus inventive small plates by Amandine Sepulcre Huang. The crowd packs in from the end of the working day.
