A wood, mirror and brass night bar open since 1962, where Sartre, Beauvoir, Duras and Giacometti drank; a group of friends including Benjamin Biolay and Chiara Mastroianni took it over and kept the jazz soundtrack and the white-jacketed classics. It is old Montparnasse still alive.
