A guinguette on the lower quay of quai des Célestins, between Pont-Marie and Sully-Morland, in an old stone building that was a horse trough and then the boatmen's union. Nicolas Lefevre runs a bar that doubles as a small concert room and a 450 m2 south-facing terrace on the Seine, with boards from small producers and rock, jazz or DJ sets.

Good to know
- Go for the apéro at sunset on the terrace facing Île Saint-Louis; order a mixed board (Paris ZigZag).
- Check the programme for live concerts inside (Time Out).
- The quay floods in big Seine rises: in 2016 regulars pre-bought pints to help it reopen (Le Bonbon).
