Since 2004 an Art Deco builders' warehouse on the Canal Saint-Martin has been a concert hall, artists' studios, exhibition space, bar and summer rooftop. The small pillared hall saw early gigs by Adele and St. Vincent; most people just come for a drink facing the water.
