A small island off the Smíchov bank between the Legion and Jirásek bridges, reached by an arched footbridge high enough for steamers to pass under. Smíchov parents bring children to its playgrounds and sports courts; at the northern tip a bronze statue of the Vltava looks back at the National Theatre.
