The best-known park in the heart of Vršovice, laid out by the Vršovice municipality in 1882 on a former mulberry orchard of the Italian silk grower Rangheri, whose neo-Renaissance 'chateau' with its little tower still crowns the slope. Vršovice locals use it for the playground, outdoor gym and benches off Vršovické náměstí; visitors rarely leave the centre for this neighbourhood.
