The former city slaughterhouse (1893-95, Josef Srdínek) became a market in 1983. Hall 22 is the largest year-round produce market in Prague: about 80 stalls of fruit, vegetables, herbs, fish, meat, honey, mushrooms, dairy, Asian foods and flowers. Praguers shop here on Saturday mornings; visitors know the complex only for the nightclub.
